Bree's Personal Training Style:
For the last 10 years, Bree has been studying different modalities of movement, fitness, and nutrition and incorporating them into his own life to achieve optimal health. Bree designs bespoke plans around his clients' specific goals for health and fitness. With this plan, Bree offers guidance, accountability, and fun! Most importantly, Bree teaches clients how to integrate their fitness practice intelligently into their everyday routines.
Bree received his PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies from Emory University and studies moral psychology in his free time. He lives in Virginia Highlands with his wife Elsie and energetic 15-month old daughter Billie.
Our culture values hard work over smart work, assuming that the more effort you give the more you will achieve. However, in the pursuit of optimal fitness this mentality can lead to overtraining, injury, and burnout.
