Danielle Kwoka has been a personal trainer since 2014 after receiving her bachelor's of science in Sport and Exercise Science at University of Central Florida. She began her training career at Equinox in New York City and is a certified Exercise Physiologist through ACSM and is certified in Kettlebell Athletics 1&2, Animal Flow Level 1, Pre and Post Natal, Functional Strength Coaching, Progressive Body Weight Training and Precision Nutrition.


Coach Kwoka has trained clients through various restrictions and considerations, including but not limited to Parkinson's disease, a triple bypass open heart surgery, spinal stenosis, severe scoliosis, knee and hip replacements, gout, GERD, arthritis, osteoporosis, neuromas, and diabetes type 1 and 2.

I meet people where they are and can adjust energy levels based on a client's needs. I bring a good, positive energy to every session and always get hyped for progression.


Better Fit Training focuses on improved quality of life and functional training. We value consistency and appropriate progressions and regressions to help improve daily tasks and cherished activities.
