A Colorado native, Elliot grew up competing in Junior Olympic track (400m and 800m) and simply fell in love with training. Whether he's training clients for strength, endurance, aesthetics, or mobility and flexibility, Elliot provides the knowledge, encouragement, and curated approach that lead to success.
