Henley is certified as a Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She specializes in helping beginner-level clients build a positive relationship with exercise and find ways to move that bring them joy.
Henley is also passionate about helping clients experiencing pain or limitations with movement. She works with these clients to increase their mobility, strengthen their muscles, and retrain dysfunctional movement patterns to reduce their risk of injury and improve their quality of life.
