Josh's Personal Training Style:

Josh is a personal trainer certified with the American Council on
Exercise with a background in strength conditioning and functional fitness.

As an Atlanta native, Josh has worked at multiple gyms throughout the
Metro-Atlanta area and
has years of experience training with athletes and fitness professionals. With a background in Health Sciences from Georgia State University, he believes that form is the number one tool in crafting a stronger body. Josh’s focus lies with helping individuals be stronger, smarter, and more in control of their body.


Josh specializes in weight-training, hypertrophy work, and functionality, but he also develops vigorous HIIT-style workouts, as well as other forms of interval training. With years of experience in sports such as lacrosse, soccer, and combat sports, he has achieved a solid balance of working hard and playing hard, and brings that spirited approach to every training session.


Clients that connect best with my style of training are clients that are committed and ready to put in the work to get the results they want.


Josh is confident that the key to optimal performance in the gym is learning and knowing, and knowledge is power. Josh's ambition is to encourage individuals to build the confidence they need to move well, lift heavy, and be the best version of themselves.
