Lane's Personal Training Style:

Lane has been training for almost 20 years. He grew up training with Delta force operators who had to be prepared for any situation in any environment. He brings that mentality to how he trains. Wether it be rucking with a training vest, controlling heart rates and the fight or flight response through breathwork, or building strength and power through the utilization of the transversal plane.

I'm passionate about igniting the potential of individual through dynamic training, expert guidance, and persistent encouragement. My mission is to elevate performance, build confidence, and cultivate a lifelong passion for fitness. By blending cutting-edge techniques with personalized support, I aim to help each individual surpass their training goals, transforming their ambitions into achievements.
