Originally from Scotland, Laura moved to the United States in 2001. Her parents immediately enrolled her into multiple sports to help acclimate her to the social change, and she has never looked back. As a soccer player, swimmer, runner, and weight lifter, Laura's life has been centered around being physically active, and she decided I wanted to turn her passion for fitness into her profession. As a personal trainer, Laura thoroughly assesses each individual based on their goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level in order to create the perfect program. She looks forward to building relationships with her clients as well as helping them become the best version of themselves that they can be.
