Robyn has been active from a very young age. Through her teen years, she ran track and cross country. She loved to stay active and to just move her body. Robyn always had an obsession with fitness and a desire to be athletic. Discovering weight lifting was the best thing that could have happened to her. It built the confidence she always admired and the relationship with food she deserved.
As a trainer, Robyn provides an intimate and connected experience. She builds trust and friendship with her clients in a way that empowers and motivates them to reach their goals. She confidently answer questions and eliminates myths for her clients surrounding the health and fitness community based on their level of knowledge and the content they are consuming.
Through this, Robyn creates a regimen that align with their lifestyle and personal preferences, which allows for flexibility as their own lives change . Robyn focus on using strength training as well as nutrition coaching to get desired results. She will give that extra push when needed and show you just how powerful you truly are!
