Suzanne, better known as Suz, is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Suz currently trains part time and loves working with clients from all different backgrounds. Suz's focus is on form over function, helping to prevent potential injury or overuse.

As an athlete growing up, Suz understands the struggle of maintaining a healthy balance in your 20's and 30's and believes fitness is the key to a long and happy life.
