Wes's Training Style:
Wes holds a degree in Sports Psychology from the University of South Carolina, where he played soccer in addition to his studies.
After earning his undergraduate degree, Wes played semi-professional soccer while working a corporate job. Soon after, he transitioned out of corporate America and into the fitness industry to become a better athlete, and to help his kids become better athletes as well. Along the way, Wes realized how important exercise is for everyone, not just athletes, and helping clients reach their goals is what brings him joy!
Clients that connect best with my style of training are clients that are committed and ready to put in the work to get the results they want.
