Cristian's Personal Training Style:

Born in Colombia and raised right outside of Atlanta, Cristian grew up playing various sports, which fueled his passion for health and fitness. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Public Health from Mercer University.


With a vast amount of knowledge and experience in different fields, Cristian knows the importance of building a plan that incorporates overall mind and body wellness. Cristian is a detail-oriented and experienced personal fitness trainer. His primary focus includes perfecting proper form and mobility during exercises while maximizing muscular strength and endurance. His adopted methodology encompasses a variety of exercises that synergizes robust strength and cardiovascular training with attainable nutrition goals, all customized to fit your personal fitness aspirations. Cristian has a vast amount of experience in strength training and is a certified personal trainer credentialed through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).


I’ve been working out with Cristian for several months now and have had a fantastic experience! He takes a personalized approach to our sessions and always pushes me to go harder. I always look forward to our training sessions!

I moved to Atlanta last year and in the Inman Park area. I was a member of Equinox and was looking for a training experience similar to that. I walked by and immediately was attracted to the look and feel of the gym. I signed up with Cristian and trained with him for a year. I have had a great experience working with Cristian at TC. He is extremely knowledgeable-especially concerning nutrition as well as various exercises. I am a former athlete and have sustained several injuries in the past (3 surgeries in the same knee-2 ACLs, 2 bone grafts, 1 meniscus)-so at this point I definitely prefer to workout with a trainer to avoid any further injury. I have worked with 4 trainers total-Cristian and the TC staff are by far the best from my experience. TC would be over the top if they could acquire a stair master or two :-)
