A lifelong athlete, Daphne started in competitive sports at the tender age of 6 with volleyball and gymnastics. She holds a B.S in biology and moved to the US to earn her medical doctor degree from UMHS. In post-pandemic mayhem she realized her true passion lies in helping people achieve more balanced lifestyles away from the conventional systematic medical approach that led her to pursue a career in personal training built around a more functional approach to health.
Wether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, muscle mass, avoid injury or just fitness and rehab maintenance, Daphne helps clients achieve their fitness goals by helping them stay focused on their end goal, reframing Dr.Amen’s famous brain ANTs (automatic negative thoughts) and staying consistent with their training program.
