Frannie's Personal Training Style:

Growing up extremely active, Frannie has been surrounded by different forms of fitness her entire life. Exercise became even more of a passion of hers after she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia years ago. Strength training, yoga, and movement were the only things that allowed her to feel like herself again. She began to develop a deep love, awe, and hunger to learn more about what we call home—the body! Today, Frannie understands that when a client is struggling with acute or chronic pain, there are ways to not only get results, but relief as well!


In order to be one of the best in the personal training field, Frannie constantly educates herself about new, safe, and effective ways to help her clients. She has completed her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine; she is 200 hour RYT certified, myofascial release, Chinese medicine and Yoga for Athletes certified. This enables Frannie to incorporate mobility, strength, breath work, mindfulness, Ancient Chinese Medicine and much more into her sessions. Variety sets her apart from the traditional personal training plan.


It is Frannie's mission to help others through personal training and allow them to feel empowered, strong and capable of anything in and outside of the gym. She meets her clients where they are, creating a guide that fits them and no one else, watching them grow and cheering them on. If you want to work with a trainer who won’t be satisfied until you are, let Frannie help you reach your fitness goals! 


I was always nervous to work out in a gym setting with other people around, but Training Collective has such an intimate environment that makes working out less intimidating. It’s never overly crowded or noisy, and you have great access to a variety of machines and equipment. The whole process is enhanced by the personal trainer options. I’ve been training with Frannie, and she’s been fabulous! She’s informed about the body, and she really tailors the workouts to work for you. I couldn’t recommend her more. As a first time gym goer, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and everything Training Collective has to offer.
