Henley is certified as a Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Her work focuses on helping clients begin or return to exercise safely, with a focus on functional fitness and strength trainingelsi.

 

Henley specializes in working with clients experiencing pain or limitations with movement. She works with these clients to increase their mobility, correct imbalances, and retrain dysfunctional movement patterns to reduce their risk of injury and improve their quality of life.

Working with Henley has been hands down one of the best things I’ve done for my health. I was so nervous to work with a trainer due to previous knee surgery and fear of injury, but Henley’s extensive knowledge and empathy helped me succeed with my strength, mobility, and overall fitness goals. I’ve gained so much confidence in my body, and the best part is that I’m free of knee pain and have avoided any additional knee surgery. I highly recommend Henley as a trainer, especially if you have past injuries or don’t know where to start on your journey.
