Katie is a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and health coach. She loves to teach functional movement, while combining different modalities to create programs that are safe, sustainable, and fun. Coming from a corporate background she understands that hustle culture is real. She is here to help you fit wellness into your life in a way that makes you feel good for the long run.


Katie is a fantastic personal trainer (and also an awesome human). She’s great at meeting her clients where they are, and helped me reach my goals (increase muscle mass, decrease body fat, and lift that 🍑). She’s fun to work with, and I left each workout feeling better than when I arrived. Her expertise is worth your investment!
